  • Beginner Yoga, Monday 6pm UK, 45 mins

  • Vinyasa Yoga, Wednesday 8am UK, 45 mins

  • Yin Yoga, first Sunday of the month at noon UK, 50 mins

Personalised yoga classes are a great way to benefit from direct teaching. We tailor and customise each private sequence to fit the needs of your body, and your reasons for doing yoga.

Prices vary depending on class packages and length.

We offer weekend retreats in the English countryside through Norfolk and Suffolk in the summer months. Retreat experiences provide basic accommodation, multiple yin and vinyasa yoga classes, locally sourced foods and experiences in nature.
