About Waveney Flow Yoga

The Back Story….

We teach yoga for real people - like you. Yoga for people that care more about living a fulfilling live, than doing handstands. Yoga for people that want to reduce pain, regain strength & movement, and get the most out of life! Yoga for people that want to relax, destress, and improve their mental health. Yoga for people that don’t want to spent hundred on fancy yoga equipment and name brands - all you really need to do yoga is a body!

We teach yoga for people that also drink beer, for people that also love to indulge in delicious foods, and love to laugh and joke together, and want to feel enlivened by movement, not ashamed for what we can’t do. We teach yoga for people that simply want to enjoy life. That’s you.

Our philosophy is that yoga should be accessible and fun. So we teach a yoga that embodies just that, bringing power and play into your practice.

Our yoga welcomes all bodies, of all levels, and all abilities - and maintains a playful approach. Remembering not to take yoga too seriously, to laugh at yourself, and to enjoy your yoga practice!

Waveney Flow Yoga is named and inspired by the River Waveney in East Anglia. This little corner of rural England is a childhood home to our founding yoga teacher, Tori Sadler, as well as our weekend UK yoga retreats.

Our Teacher

Yoga is taught by our founding yoga teacher Tori Sadler. Tori teaches in a playful and powerful way, encouraging you to push yourself, while laugh at yourself. Tori takes a scientific, anatomical approach to yoga - ensuring each pose works with your physical abilities, whatever they may be, and sets you up to gradually gain strength, balance and mobility.

Tori’s approach means you’ll come off your mat finding a new sense of strength and mental stability, as well as feeling a little lighter and cheerful.

Tori is a 200hr vinyasa and 60hr yin internationally certified yoga teacher. Tori trained in London under Yoga Alliance certified trainers studying modern western yoga techniques, as well as in India under traditional yoga guides.

She is also completing her physioyoga training, with a focus on physical strength and functional movement.

Remember to listen to your body more than you listen to your yoga teacher and move in a pain free range of motion.

And remember - All you need to do yoga is a body. So let's flow!
