We offer corporate classes suited to your team’s culture and company budget. Classes cater to all levels, and target areas of the body & mind most affected by your work environment (i.e. shoulders, back, stress, etc.).
Classes are currently taught online via Zoom (or preferred company platform), and range in price from £40-80 per class, depending on contractual agreements.
