We’re pleased to offer two retreat experiences at the Flint Vineyard!
Practice among the vineyard’s vines in Summer months, or inside the cozy barn by the fire for a smooth, relaxing evening yin yoga class available various evenings throughout the year. Both experiences include a guided wine tasting and expertly crafted tapas selection from local ingredients.
Summer Yoga in the Vines at Flint Vineyard:
Unroll your mat among the vines for a yoga experience like never before at Flint Vineyard. This playful, outdoor session invites you to meditate and move while overlooking sweeping views of the Waveney Valley. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this relaxed session—hosted by Waveney Flow Yoga—caters to all abilities.

Evening Fireside Yin Yoga:
As dusk settles over the vineyard, step into the glow of Flint’s candlelit barn for an evening of slow, grounding Yin Yoga. With the crackle of the woodburner and the scent of oak and wine in the air, we’ll stretch, pause and breathe. No experience needed, just bring yourself and a cosy layer.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
We ensure the yoga we teach is accessible to all levels and abilities. And we encourage you to only try poses and movements that work for your body.
Can I join if I’ve never done yoga before?
Our yoga welcomes all levels, and our skilled teacher is experienced teaching yogis of all abilities. We can accommodate classes, providing modifications that suit your body. Never tried yoga before? Don’t worry - we’ll be sure to make you comfortable and you’ll fit right in!
What do I bring?
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have spare if not). Wear comfortable and stretchy clothing (leggings, joggers, etc). Bringing a friend is always a plus! Yet most guests come solo - so plan to make friends with ease.
What if the weather looks bad?
We have indoor space, and will move the yoga to an beautiful indoor setting as a plan B.
