Weekly Men’s Pub Yoga
Men’s Yoga each Monday at The White Horse Pub in Trowse. We create a friendly, non-judgmental environment for men to improve physical health, as well as connect with other blokes and be a part of a healthy, supportive community.
This class is for older men, to improve quality of life through movement - building strength, balance and mobility. Creaky joints, dodgy knees and beer bellies are welcome!
After the class, we’d love for you to stay for a drink and a catch up in the pub. Please chat and cheers with us!

You’ll fit right in. This class is for older men with real bodies - beer bellies, dodgy knees and creaky joints are welcome! We adapt movements and classes to your needs, ensuring you’re able make progress and enjoy the class.

We’ll do 45 mins of yoga, using chairs, blocks, bands and a yoga mat (all available for you upon arrival). Yoga will include a variety of movements designed to increase mobility, strength and balance. These will change each week.

Parking is available at the pub, as well as various free street parking options throughout Trowse. Parking is rarely an issue on a Monday evening, with the exception of home football games.

All you need to do yoga is a body. Wear comfortable clothing and stretchy bottoms (jogging bottoms, etc.). Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but otherwise we have some spare for you.

Age varies from 30s to 80s. If you feel you’re in need of better mobility, strength and balance, you’re right for this class. Join us!

Intro to Yoga course FOR MEN
5 Week Course at The White Horse Pub, Trowse
Get familiar with yoga without any pressure, expectations or anxieties - while in a friendly pub environment. Come if you’re not flexible, can’t touch your toes, and want to be stronger.
This 5-week course is designed specifically for men who are new to yoga — especially those who might not usually find themselves in a yoga class. Whether you’re dealing with a dodgy back, tight shoulders, creaky knees, or just want to feel a bit looser and stronger in your day-to-day life, this is for you.
We’ll meet for 5 Monday evenings from 7–8pm at The White Horse Pub in Trowse, in a warm, welcoming space (yes, it’s literally yoga in a pub!).
Each week we’ll focus on a different area of the body, building your confidence and mobility step by step — no experience needed, and no expectations of flexibility, strength, or fancy leggings.

Dates: Five consecutive Mondays, 7–8pm (start date: 2 Feb 2026)
Location: The White Horse Pub, Trowse
Price: £175 for the full 5-week course (payable upfront)
Spaces: Limited to 5 men for close attention and support
Note: Payment is non-refundable but fully transferable if you can't make it.
